Telephone Support Contract

One of our key criticisms of the web design industry is that it often offers a seemingly cost effective solution only to pile on costs later for additional services.

We much prefer an 'up front' and honest approach. If you are going to use a content managed system you need a telephone support contract and it needs to be a formally written contract with expected response times. 

Telephone support from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on weekdays is provided to all our customers and is written into the contract with expected response times.
